IICT-International IoT Communication Technologies GmbH is a privately held spin-off company from the ivESK research institute, Germany, specializing in advanced testbeds for hands-on education, experimentation, and R&D in IoT and next-generation (5G/xG) communication technologies. 

 

With deep expertise in IoT communication research, testbed development, and training, IICT supports academic institutions, research centers, and industries across Europe and internationally. Our standardized testbed solutions create a unified, systematic environment for training, applied research, and real-world experimentation, bridging the gap between theory and practice.

 

Founded by Fabian Sowieja and Jubin Sebastian E, IICT emerged from years of collaboration in IoT communication technologies and applied research. Recognizing the demand for deep-tech training and systematic R&D experimentation, IICT was established in 2024 to provide specialized testbed-based solutions for education and industry. Today, IICT enables Hands on Labs and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) infrastructures for EdTech businesses, educational institutions and offers business customers Testbed platforms for prototyping, testing, and optimizing IoT communication solutions—accelerating innovation and the adoption of emerging IoT and xG communication technologies.
